Our rubber-metal elements are as various as the specifications of our customers. In the field of maintenance-free rubber-metal elements with a low rate of wear, success lies in the continuous further development of technical expertise. We think ahead. Jörn develops optimally the required parts, components and systems taking into account load diagrams and housings for inserting parts.

Our flexible company structure takes into consideration all economical methods of manufacture, technological innovations and specific materials. While Jörn concentrates on its core competence, goods and services which we are unable to furnish can be readily obtained by us from other companies with which we work in close cooperation. By means of this company network, we are in a position to suggest optimal solutions to any problems - to the advantage of our customers.

This variability of manufacturing possibilities provides the ideal prerequisite for a continuous diversification. Whereas in 1980 there were 86 different rubber-metal elements in our supply and manufacturing programme, since 2010 much more than 300.

We are also able to react extremely flexibly as regards volume of orders. We offer any number of items from an annual quantity of 100 elements up to large series of 750,000 items at an economical price.
